• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other users to manipulate odds

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Elon Bet BD may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Consequences of Violating the Terms
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities
• At the member's own request

10 Responsible Gaming Policy
